Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. During that time, orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund. After the order ships, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once a shipping label is generated, our system will send an automated email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing an order, email fournotes@lsu.edu for an update. Please include your order number in the email.

Shipping

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, but may take longer depending on factors outside of our control. Orders are typically shipped via USPS, however orders may ship via alternate carriers due to size and weight considerations. Currently, shipping is only available to the 50 United States. If you are interested in having an order shipped outside of the United States, please email fournotes@lsu.edu with your address for a custom rate.

Returns

Manufacturer Defects
Any damage done to your items that was the fault of our manufacturer will be completely covered by Tonal Innovation, LLC.  You are responsible for inspecting your order and we must be notified of any defects or issues within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item for a full refund from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  You must return your item in its original packaging.  You must also have the receipt email or proof of purchase you received at checkout.  

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
